Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and figure out how to make it right.

Orders May Not Be Canceled. However In some very rare cases if an order needs to be canceled by the seller for any reason there will be a Restocking Fee. This fee is to cover the cost of fees charged to seller to process the transaction payment. Payment transaction fees, processing fees, and any other fee that is charged to seller to process your payment when orders are made is not returned to seller, therefore it can not be returned to you.
